Esther Hicks (née Weaver, born March 5, 1948) is an American inspirational speaker, channeler, and author.

We would decide that my mood is my TOP PRIORITY! I´m going to wear it as the badge I was born to wear. My mood is going to be evident to everyone. And the mood that I wish to impart, the mood that I wish to share, the mood that I wish to inspire, is the mood of POSITIVE EXPECTATION for me, and all that I see.
There are those who get out and live life, and there are those who stay home and clean their house. And there are those that call one virtuous and one whimsical and irresponsible. And there are those like us that call it your choice in the way you live your life. You get to choose. Nobody else.
There are many things that are absolutely "true" that you don't want active in your vibration because you don't want to live them. There are many things that other people say are "right" that you don't want live just because they say are right. (...) We would say: We would not give any of our attention to any of those things that are "true" unless they felt good when we thought about them.
You are joy-seeking beings who have come forth into what we see as the perfect environment for desire to be born within you. What your work is about is to bring yourself into vibrational harmony with allowing the Energy-that-is-You to flow. And in simple terms, what that means is: your work is to look - wherever you stand, whether you are looking in the past, present or future - your work is to consume your Now with the thought that feels best.
Step back and appreciate all others who share your planet. Because without them, you would cease to be.
(Tolerance) is one of the most ineffective, unproductive, not-good-for-you emotions that you could ever foster and encourage. Because what it is: it is a looking right at something unwanted, feeling the guidance of being-off-track, and then the learning to accept it as a feeling that you are willing to endure. (...) Tolerance is not liking it, and just accepting it. (...) [And we would encourage Making Peace with What Is rather than resisting it.] But it´s certainly not good for you to look at something unwanted, and not do anything about adjusting your vibration.
Joseph Campbell said, 'Follow your bliss.' Really good advice. We say: Follow your bliss. Follow your fun. Follow your pleasure. Follow your clarity. Follow your good feelings. Follow them as far as they will take you, and more will come.
What people do not understand is that you do not choose something by looking at it and shouting "Yes, I would like some of that!" You make your choices by your attention to things. In this Universe that is based on attraction, when you look at an unwanted thing, your attention to it causes an activation of the Vibration within you, and then the Law of Attraction brings more like it into your experience.
We would like you to reach the place where you’re not willing to listen to people criticize one another; Where you take no satisfaction from somebody being wrong; Where it matters to you so much that you feel good, that you are only willing to think positive things about people. You are only willing to look for positive aspects; You are only willing to look for solutions; And you are not willing to beat the drum of all of the problems of the world.
You are just a few laughs away from letting a whole lot of good stuff in. You are just a few kisses away from letting a whole lot of good stuff in. You are just a little bit of relief away from letting a whole lot of good stuff in!
You came to RADIATE the fullness of who you are.
You did not come to serve. You came to create and to SHINE.
There are some beliefs you currently believe, that are in your way. (...) You believe so much in them. And we understand why you believe in them. Because: when you believe something, you offer a vibration about it, and you KEEP RECREATING it. So, something that happened a long time ago, you keep renewing your membership to. You keep bringing it forwards. And so, then the memory, which could be very slight or non-existent at this point, is really active and alive, because you talked about it today. And you talked about it yesterday. And you talked about it the day before, even if it had happened 20 years ago. And so, when people encounter you, you are a fresh new person. And if you are like most humans, you are regurgitating a lot of old stuff. So, things don´t change very much, if that´s what is going on with you. Oh, different faces and different places, but same old, same old! Because you continue to offer this same old belief-patterns.
Nobody else knows your reason for being. You do. Your bliss guides you to it.
When you focus on the good, the good gets better.
It's time to like yourself more - just as you are.
You have only one thing to consider in your now moment, and the next, and the next. 'Am I with this thought adding momentum to the solution or the problem?
There is not something you're supposed to do. There's not something that you should do. There is only that which you are inspired to do.
You can sit and focus out of the Vortex and your life won't change at all. You can sit and focus in the Vortex and your life will change magnificently.
Everything That Is, is the result of vibration. And if you don't like the result, change the vibration, that's all! 'How do I change a vibration?' Think differently. 'Well, how do I think differently? That's the way I've always thought.' Well, start paying attention to how the thoughts feel instead of the content of the thought.
No matter how long you've been in that place, no matter how long you've practiced that negative emotion, no matter what the conditions that you're standing in that you're observing that are making you feel less than good; it doesn't matter how big, bad and awful whatever-it-is is that you think you're living; 10 minutes is as long as we think it would ever take to achieve the important manifestation of the improved emotional state of being.
If you’ll just sit and pet your cat - or somebody’s cat - find a cat, for God’s sake! Find a cat! Or anything furry - and let it train you into a frequency that will cause you to allow enlightenment.
A teacher is only as effective as his ability to understand where his student is.
You are the vibrational writers of the script of your life and everyone else in the Universe is playing the part that you have assigned to them.
Focus on how you want to feel and let the Universe fill in the details.
The whole point of the physical experience is the expansion beyond that which is.
A belief is just a thought you keep thinking.
There are always choices there for you. In other words, you can look at the hole in the wall or you can look at the beautiful painting. You can look at the lightbulb that is out, or you can see the lightbulb that is working. You can look at your mate in his positive aspect or you can look at your mate in his negative aspect. You can look at your own body and find something that pleases you or find something that doesn’t. You can remember your childhood and find something of pleasure or you can find something that makes you feel discouraged. You can remember a compliment or you can remember somebody down on you. You can remember your love or you can remember your hate. In other words, you have that choice in every moment.
The more you look for positive aspects of your current life, the more positive aspects will step forward to reveal themselves to you.
You cannot get poor enough to help poor people thrive or sick enough to help sick people get well. You only ever uplift from your position of strength and clarity and alignment.
